Matisyahu se estará presentando el jueves 22 de abril en la explanada sur del Estadio Monumental junto a La Mente y Tierra Sur en el marco del Lima Green Fest Perú 2010. Sin duda, uno de los artistas de reggae más exitosos de los últimos tiempos. Combinando estilos y haciendo predica de su fe religiosa, Matisyahu ha logrado llevar su música a miles de fanáticos.
Desde sus exitosos sencillos "King without a Crown" y "Youth" hasta su última producción titulada Light (2009) donde destaca "One Day", Matisyahu sigue ganando seguidores en todo el mundo. Por eso y mucho más, el jueves 22 de abril será una fecha obligada para los amantes del reggae.

I didn't used to like cover songs, usually preferring the original song. But I've learned to listen with different ears. Covers are not meant to be a duplication. Instead it's an artist interpretation of the song. At first I didn't like this one either. But after listening to Matisyahu be Matisyahu while singing message in a bottle, his deep Jewish roots come through, and it flavors the song richly, with his personal style.
