"If we lived in a matriarchy would women make laws to protect men?" & "if so, what would those laws be?" Is such an underrated, potent line of questioning. The initial question allowed them to frame themselves as benevolent and considerate if they had power. The second question then forced them to think about potential issues men face and made it abundantly clear that's not something that even crosses most women's minds. A beautiful spin on the classic "what are some challenges unique to men?" question.
@jamescheaye927

YES. Similar to the question that he poses when it comes to rights. “What right does a man have, that a woman does not?” An even better spin is “What CHOICE does a woman have, that a man does not?”

They wouldn't. Just as you know, Spain is a feminist-run country. Women there have far more power. They have a separate court of law specifically for male on female crime. They have explicitly gendered laws that exclusively favor women, the only country in Europe that does that. In a he-said she-said situation, the woman's words are enough to put him in jail for up to 3 days while awaiting trial in the feminist courts. Catcalling is a misdemeanor and you're guilty until proven innocent. False accusations are encouraged as they have many incentives: financial, housing, education, job, business, divorce. You are eligible for the benefits as soon as you file a complaint. It's a 28b€ national scheme that is paid by the UE. They have feminist courses in education since 2008. As of 2023 amongst the youth, it's 70% female / 35% male identifying as feminists and rising. In a few years they'll have over 50% women in parliament and women earning more overall (they already do since they work 3 fewer days a month for the same pay). It's essentially a matriarchy in the making. Will be interesting to see how long it will last.

Solipsism (self centeredness) is evolutionary wired into women. Modern Women are conditioned to embrace their nature of being selfish and not care what men want compared to women of the past who were trained to go against this urge. "What have you done for me lately". - Solipsism. "my money is mine, his money is our money. If he goes broke, I'm leaving him. I won't take care of a man" - Solipsism
@freshlysqueezedaesthetics2942
@freshlysqueezedaesthetics2942 7 ай бұрын
@FAVanguard I arrived at the same conclusion about solipsism when I thought about what women meant by saying that they get surgery done or put on makeup STRICTLY for themselves. How could that be if you can't see your own face or your own ass? Then I realized women who say this simply don't fathom that they aren't the only real people in the world and that everyone else isn't just a projection for their own mind.

@freshlysqueezedaesthetics2942 I’ve thought of this before pretty deeply. And I’ve come to the conclusion that they are technically saying the truth. They do do it for themselves, because ultimately it allows them to get the richest man they can leech onto, and suck dry. Ultimately speaking, they come out in the end richer, taking half the man’s things, and in the short term, they get free stuff aswell. So technically, they do “do it for themselves” because they gain so much of what they look for in men.

Not really. Men and women are different. Me, as a man, can cook..pretty damn good too, but I like when my woman cooks and shows me her gratitude and care for me as a man, and as a person. She knows I can cook, but she likes to do it for me anyway...and me, (being a human that understands shes showing her value and respect) ALLOWs her to do that....just like she allows me to change the tires (knowing full well she can do it too). Matter of fact, the knowing she can do it, but likes seeing me do it...turns her on, and makes me feel valuable (win win). Me knowing she can do for herself, makes me not feel "used" when I do it for her voluntarily. She lightens my load when she can, amd I do the same when she's tired. Matriarchy loool. You cant even manage your own life due to your chaotic emotional state. How will you manage a society? When you hear women say, 'i do all the emotional labor in a relationship" what she means is the man isnt helping her regulate her chaotic emotions by being a sponge (just sit there and let her emotionally dump on you till she feels better) She makes it your fault (you dont do any emotional labor in the relationship) because as naturally solipstic creatures, she cant admit to herself that she cant regulate her emotions. That would mean she is not perfect as society has told her.

6:46 wrong on all 3. Monarchy =/= matriarchy especially when all positions of influence besides who sits on the throne are men. Cleopatra was the downfall of Egypt and the reason Caesar was called. Like a typical woman using manipulation during the 'pillow talks' filled his head with ambitions of being emperor. Something Rome's senate hated. Elizabeth the 1st only got the crown because Henry 8th had no sons and even she was surrounded by men who advised (managed) her. None of Elizabeth 1st appointments to run Britain were women.

Women complain a lot about the patriarchy but always conveniently fail to notice that it was their foremothers who selected for it. When times are difficult and dangerous, a woman will select strongly for a man who is able to meet that difficulty and danger head on while she takes shelter behind his broad shoulders. Once these sexually selected men have handled the situation by turning the danger and difficulty into peace and prosperity, an objective observer will begin to notice women gradually poking their heads out from behind those broad shoulders and over time begin to vocalize a desire to step out alongside or even in front of the men that paved their way. In essence, there is some degree of truth to the idea of the "glass ceiling" holding women back, but as is usual with feminism, it's only a half truth. The full truth reveals the object to more closely resemble a "bulletproof glass enclosure". When there's danger, women are eager to be shut up inside as blood splatters along the outside walls. But when there's blue skies and sun shining through the glass, these same women begin to feel claustrophobic inside their once protective box. We're in a transition period where women are leaving the enclosure, but unfortunately, they're experiencing a sort of amnesia as to why the enclosure was there in the first place.

Not a good take. There is no "glass ceiling" right now. Women are objectively first class citizens while men are objectively second class. We aren't in a transitionary period of anything. We live in female supremacism. You're saturated by it every single day dude. It's amazing people will sit here and make comments like this. You use vague terms like "the box" that mean literally nothing. Women have always been allowed to start their own businesses and hire women if they wanted too. Why do women need men to let them do anything? The truth is that women throughout history opted to have babies and have a man take care of them. Women today would still do that too if not brainwashed. Women have always been able to start businesses, work jobs, own property, etc etc. Yes there was a patriarchy. Women did not participate in politics. However, men had responsibilty with that authority. Men were drafted. Under coverture, men had to provide for their wives and they had to do so even after coverture. Vague terms like "box" and "enclosure" serve to obfuscate what you're talking about. Clarifying our discussion makes on realize women have never been oppressed at any point in American history. Even Betty Friedan in her book "feminine mystique" concede, in 1963, that women could do literally whatever they wanted, but only didn't because of patriarchal brainwashing. There is no glass ceiling.

This always ends up in the conversation… but as a man, I’ve realized even I wouldn’t want them to. I’ve heard too many stories where women, who aren’t even fit enough to do a single pull up; have gotten men into dangerous situations in the military because of simple incompetence. Men are just naturally more fit than women. Doesn’t mean that a woman can’t get to a fitness level where she isn’t putting men in danger, but sadly for America atleast, they’ve literally lowered the fitness standards for women specifically very low, and that’s not a good thing in the end. If WW3 starts I’d rather not have to worry about whether or not my squad will be able to keep up because they got through due to lowered standards.

It's a emotional back and forth from logic to emotion in there heads. They switch when they don't have a logical answer and go emotional. Emotions are the parachute and women use it all the time without thinking. If there is an opportunity for emotion, ladies use the opportunity. Men dont have that luxury and if men did have it there would be chaos. Woman live in full luxury. Men have to load there parachute. . . Correctly. . . Every day and every conversation. While woman have loaded it once and use men that are dumb enough up there chute as backups. So what we learned is that alot woman don't actually want the best for men. They really wish they had the skills and power but non of the responsibility that always. . . . Always comes with it to take care of others. Queens. . . If all of you are qeeuns . . Non of you are. So it seems men are learning that you don't want the best for them. YOU only want the best OF them.

In response to the first question you should ask Audre Lorde, prominent intersectional feminist born in 1934, who wrote, "The Master's Tools Will Never Dismantle the Master's House.". Many, many, many, modern women don't know much about feminist, they just sort of have a vague men bad women good idea in their head, while still wanting to find a man to love and care for them. Here's a more full quote from her, "Those of us who stand outside the circle of this society's definition of acceptable women; those of us who have been forged in the crucibles of difference -- those of us who are poor, who are lesbians, who are Black, who are older -- know that survival is not an academic skill. It is learning how to take our differences and make them strengths. For the master's tools will never dismantle the master's house. They may allow us temporarily to beat him at his own game, but they will never enable us to bring about genuine change. And this fact is only threatening to those women who still define the master's house as their only source of support." So the opposite of patriarchy isn't matriarchy, that's would just be the tools changing hands. The opposite is to put down the tool of oppressive and predatory hierarchies. This is also what Jesus taught. From a religious standpoint, Jesus was God in human from, who came to earth to take on the burden that belonged to others on their behalf. Jesus said the greatest will be the servant of all. Find her whole talk here collectiveliberation.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/Lorde_The_Masters_Tools.pdf

Jesus literally taught that wives should submit tot heir husbands. Jesus taught that self-sacrifice is a good thing, not that hierarchies are predatory. The existence of God is a hierarchy. Human beings are literally inferior creatures created to worship God and bring glory to him. Same with angels. The opposite of patriarchy is quite literally matriarchy. Both patriarchy and matriarchy are good and fair systems. What they entail is authority combined with responsibility. Matriarchy can only exist in theory, not in practice because women aren't responsible for anything. But if it could be done, it would be reasonable as well. It can't be done though. We don't live in patriarchy. We live in gynocentrism. Gynocentrism/Androcentrism is female/male supremacy. Men are literally discrimianted against under criminal, employment, and family law. They are also culturally slandered to the extent that men are pretty much victims of systemic culturally acceptable emotional abuse. We live in a female supremacist state, and women deserve vastly less rights. Hierarchies aren't oppressive or predatory. No one creates hierarchies, they are an inevitability of nature. All animals have hierarchies. Women, who like to pretend they don't have hiearchies, absolutely have hierachies that take a mean girl form. Hierarchies aren't necessarily bad. Men are studied to be more cooperative as a group. The reason is that, although women are hierarchical in a popularity contest sort of way, they hate hierarchies of competence. When a group of women try and decide something, they try to get 100% group consensus. This inevitably results in failure because 100% group consensus is quite literally impossible. Men are better in groups because they are willing to forego group consensus and pick a leader. This is vastly more effective. The leader also takes responsibility for any mistakes, so all is fair in the end ethically as well. The whole speech that woman gave is quite literally just the equivalent of a 12 yr old girl feeling insecure because she's "not like the other girls". It's just that dumb b!tch made a political ideology of the fuckin thing. It has nothing to do with anything and it doesn't make a lick of sense. She never define's the "Master's tools". What are the "Master's Tools"? Hierarchies? Hierarchies are, again, an inevitably of nature. Feminism also makes ample usage of hierarchies of victimhood, so if hierarchy is a "Master's tool" I guess feminism uses it all the time, except n a much more evil fashion than the for "Master" did, considering that men were legally obligated to provide for wives who even earned more fuckin money.

Cleopatra was installed (by men) to rule over parts of the Roman Empire. To argue that she had influence on Cesar is insisting on a banality. Every politician has some influence on other leaders. If Cesar was the president of the company, then Cleopatra was managing one of the districts. She still had to answer to him and had little to no agency in her own rule.
