Lack of accountability is an issue, but it's not just women who lack it. Men and women stay trying to pass the buck and have rose colored glasses when they look at themselves. Assuming all women who are single mothers are there due to their own poor choices is stereotypical and another way of passing the buck. There are women who end up single mothers due to things out of their own hands (the father dying, the father leaving for another woman, the father turining abusive AFTER the child/children are born, etc). It's not always one thing. It is true true that, regardless of the circumstances leading to it, children are the "victims" and people need to be more mindful of the impact of their choices.

Being alone is not the same as being lonely... and FEELING lonely happens more when in a crowd or in a relationship. I learned this in my twenties. Thus, I never married or had long term relationships bc all relationships went to shit within three months, from MYYYY point of view, but all those woman wanted to CONTINUE and make long term plans, they still do, the ones I see often, want to move in and all that. Nope!!
