I've actually noticed that I'm somewhat healthier when I travel than when I'm at home. When I travel, I walk everywhere and explore the city. I'll go up and down the stairs at various temples for hours and hours. At home in Sweden, I take the train everywhere (which beats walking in the freezing cold). Food-wise, I snack a lot when I'm bored but since I'm never bored when I travel, I get better structured meals. This video was still helpful though. You've showed me things I should implement to my day to day life! Keep up the great work! :)

Matt D'Avella That’s so awesome. I’m a patron of yours and both your vids there and the ground up show have really helped me. I have a C200 as well, but I’ve had it parked in my studio and have only used it for talking head stuff. Until I Saw your patreon videos. Now I’m dragging that bad boy all over the place and making the most of it. I’ve finally got a video in the works that I think has the potential to go viral, and really, its thanks to what I learned from your patreon videos. Especially those two on how to build an audience. Awesome video as always! (I also feel goofy exercising in public and am glad to know I'm not the only one) But... What are you doing draining beans through your hand?! I had to rewatch that part of the video, because I was so shocked. There is a better way, my friend: when opening the can, only open 95% of it. Leave the last 5% attached to use as a hinge. Lift the lid, rinse the contents, and then close the lid, leaving a small gap for the liquid to drain. Invert the can and enjoy your unsullied, 100% bean-free hands.
@mattdavella
@mattdavella 5 жыл бұрын
Yeah, that sounds like it would work but when I use my hands I can shake around the beans a little more and flip them around to get to the bottom. Oh man we are really having a conversation about rinsing off beans and I'm totally okay with it.

@@mattdavella Ok I can respect that. Christopher O'Grady Given their sources of protein,vitamins and micronutrients, I would say they are pretty healthy. It also depends on how you cook them

This is kind of random but do how do you invest your money? Does buying stocks have a place in minimalism?

Just got back from 3 months in India and Nepal and found it quite easy to stay fit. Would do yoga every morning at 7 on the hostel's roof top. Generally I would also walk everywhere, do hikes etc. Food was a different thing. I am vegan so that left me with lots of vegetables, legumes and rice/chapati, which isnt so bad

When I lived in that area I’d do a massive run of that coast line (Kirribilli to North Sydney) on my way to work everyday; those Lavender Bay steps are a real killer! Thanks for showing off my hometown in all its splendor. ❤️ Oh and my mum is also totally about the juice... seriously when you’re always on the go getting enough greens or fruit in can be a challenge.

2:52 Very irrelevant question but how did you get that snail shot?🐌 Did u see a snail and then make a connection, find a snail to show the concept better, or did you find a random clip from adam? Idk why I thought about this so much tbh lol, I guess just trying to find a method to your madness. Also if you do end up reading this, I absolutely love ur content!💕🎥
