Steam gets hot enough to cook soft baked goods and you don't need a "Turbo Cooker" to do it. I taught a group of teenagers how to make cupcakes and muffins in a rice cooker that had a steam try set in the top. Cooking cake in a mug in the microwave is a similar concept.

My concern was okay we're going to put diet cola in the bottom of a pan and you're going to turn that on and heat that up like btb RTS bring to boil reduce to simmer right so you're cooking off all the water is that thing going to just be nothing but like burnt caramel pop. EW. Not a good smell. Luckily it didn't.

Kathy knows the secret that the boxed cake mix industry doesn't want to tell you. You actually don't need to use oil, eggs etc because they are complete mixes. They added that stuff onto the back of the box because people preferred having to add something into the mix lol

Fix that faucet!!! All it needs is to be tightened from underneath. Maybe a new gasket or something. Also, in baking, oil is typically added to facilitate the cookware and isn’t actually about the food at all. I love these videos, direct from my childhood.

@@whatsmyprintedname applesauce works in most things. Just notes it adds moisture so especially for in muffins for instance. Margarine by nature is vegan. Some brands add whey which is not vegan.
