I was on a flight a few years ago and I go into the bathroom to take a leak, I finish up, I open the door, and who’s standing there but Matthew Fox next in line to use the bathroom. I couldn’t believe it was him, and the first thing that was going through my mind was: “It’s probably not a good idea to be on a plane with anyone from the cast of Lost” LOL. I told him that Lost really helped me discover myself spiritually, and he smiled and said thank you, and I got out of the way and went to my seat so he could get past me. He didn’t act like a jerk or stuck up Hollywood stereotype at all, he seemed genuinely grateful that his work meant something to someone. It was a great honor to meet him, someone who was a contributor to LOST. I’ve ran into a few other notable people, but running into Matthew Fox about to take a leak has got to be the weirdest celebrity encounter I’ve ever had. It’s probably a good thing I didn’t run into Charlie about to go into an airplane bathroom (LOL only other losties will get what I mean by that). Good times!

It really is a shame. Like everybody just forgets them. They usually, from time to time, star in low budget, low marketed movies which usually get really negative reviews. Except Bryan Cranston. Breaking Bad was huge, so huge that nobody could forget him. Ever. Everyone loves him. And Vincent Gilligan. A year and half later, the show is still watched all over the world, is still earning awards, and it's spinoff, Better Call Saul, (and spinoffs usually do very poorly) is on its own level. It's amazing.

I just finished Lost and it just had an impact on me in a way i didnt expect. I didnt want to watch anything about lost on youtube to avoid spoilers and such but i was saddened to discover the allegations put on Mathew. Jack was my absolute favorite character in the series and Matt played him beautifully. I notice he doesnt have much roles anymore and has been blacklisted from hollywood essentially. That being said I consider lost to be one of the most impactful, beautiful, poetic thing ive watched and i honestly dont say that about much things. Thank you Matthew for being a vital piece of the Journey that Lost was. Roll the incredibly sad soundtrack (you know the one)

Was watching Matthew on an OperationSmile video. Its sad how all that good work gets so little views and comments. Instead something like this gets all the attention(even things like how he has aged now). I admire that he has had a long committed relationship, loves his kids, more of a quiet, nature-loving person than 'starry' as people would like. He was falsely accused of hitting a bus driver. Dom has some personal issue with Fox. Most people think it has to do with Fox's very close friendship with Dom's ex, Evangeline Lilly. Dom was asked to provide proof about Fox's alleged violence and all Dom did was give a snarky comment and told the person to look it up on google. Fox has been in the public eye for decades now. If he was a violent guy, it would come out.

If someone cheated or not it is NOT the public's business. The point is it doesn't matter what they did or didn't do at this point.. Broadcasting it YEARS later (seriously - she dated the hobbit 2004-2007-the show ran to 2010) makes Dominique look like a desperate, bitter little person. Sure actors, athletes, politicians, famous people have affairs, as do regular people unfortunately, but it doesn't mean it has to be tweeted to the world. It's between those people and their significant others. Who does broadcasting hurt? Lilly and Fox have children. Hers are small. Does it hurt Lilly and Fox personally? Probably not. Their careers? No. Who does it benefit? Dom got his 15 or less seconds of whatever, but ultimately looks pathetic. Who would want to work with an angry tattle-tale? He also made inflammatory about how Fox treats women. It's not his business to spread rumors. People do that stuff for attention - it's all about him - someone who fell off the map years ago. Looks like tale-telling gave his career a boost...not.

I've written this before but Dom's "allegations" way after the fact about his co-stars don't say one thing about the co-stars. He has no proof. It says what kind of person Dom is - a desperate, jealous actor trying to grab headlines. He missed out on the main theme of Lost after 3 years of being on the show. It's called "Letting Go."

Does this make any sense: He said he got a DUI, meaning he drove under the influence, and got caught. He claims he will never be in the statistic of getting a second DUI. But in the end of the interview he explains how he used to drive under the influence on a number of occasions, while in high school....The only difference is that he wasn't caught... Is it actually necessary for the police department to catch you in order for you to learn from the "mistake" (aka learn from the arrest)
