The thing you said about sunset and drug addiction was such an amazing way of explaining how to find true happiness. We need these types of explanations in the world of instant gratification we live in now.

Because we unconsciously fear we are not worthy or not lovable. One must know they are LOVABLE. Without this, one cannot break pattern and love self, and paradoxically love others. Confidence comes from within. Thank you for the message! Jenni

“We feel we are confident when we are operating comfortably within our circle of competence” oooof soooo true!! “it’s not your fault that, that’s your reality” You can say that again!!! I’m PiertoRican and in my culture there is so much jealousy in a relationship. Everyone I knew had a toxic relationship. My aunts, uncles, parents etc. When I got older and seen my cousin in a healthy relationship, I automatically thought of those lifetime movies where the relationship would look perfect on the outside but behind closed doors, he was a serial killer! 😂😂😂 sad but true. It took me a while to see that relationships like that do exist and our very much healthy and normal. I have been putting in the work on myself to clear out Generational trauma. I know for a fact that my next relationship would be a very healthy one. 🙏🙏🙏 this was a great episode! Thank you guys!

Wow. This Was so wonderful. A calm, heartfelt conversation. No bullshit, no Posing. This will probably have less views than anything spectacular- but this reflects its value even more. Wow.

Not going to lie, online dating suck nowadays. I have never had a problem meeting and dating high quality women…until this year. It’s like all of them are going for the top 1% of handsome/successful guys and the rest of us can just go kick rocks 😌

The young lady whose mother told her that is how she should be treated was very lucky. My mother always taught me that I should feel lucky if anyone wanted me and her treatment of me as her scapegoat just re-inforced this negative very untrue statement. I wish you tube and people like you had existed when I was younger.

I don't ask "how do I get this person to like me". I ask "how do I get myself to like this person", and the answer is either "no way" or "I haven't a clue".
