This was a cool video, kinda like a day in the life of Matt thing. Those sneakers would have been Bangers in the 80's lol. They are ugly. But if you're looking for attention, you'll get it alright lol. And you're right about Bosses, most bosses are awful. I've only had a couple of good ones in my lifetime that I can look back on and say they taught me something of value and they were good at what they do. Awesome that he saw value in you, or maybe it was desperation. But either way, he gave you a shot and changed your life. I've been looking for something like that for a long time. And I'm finally starting to get bits and pieces of it. I never in a million years thought I'd start doing Cold Calling, I only got into it by accident. But it has changed the way I earn business. And for the better! Thank you for all that you're doing. You changed my life too man.

Hey Matt, when can we expect the objection video of we handle everything in house/internally. And the other objection is that we are set up perfectly and we are satisfied with our current set up?

If they are setup perfectly and satisfied with current setup… You can’t beat perfect. Move on and call someone who has a problem you can solve. I might ask some questions around their current setup to better understand it, a problem might pop up…but you can only sell the sellable…someone who thinks they are perfectly setup is unsellable. As for handling “we do this internally”, I was use a label: “it sounds like (insert something you do that they probably don’t internal).”

Thanks for all of your great videos. I really enjoyed this one and the last one with your girlfriend. I had a question as I have heard you mention in a couple videos to prospect your way into a job. I guess I am wondering if you could maybe go into detail about that more in another video. I am wondering what should you say when you contact a hiring manager and do you do this on LinkedIn by direct message or call them directly if you can get a number. I am not shy about cold calling I just am stumped on what to say or what the whole prospecting into a new sdr job would look like. Any tips would be appreciated or maybe if you can point me to one of your other videos that talks about this a little more. Thanks so much!

Also 30. This spring got in the similar position where the guy belived in me and I'm kinda fumbled lol. Mostly because fell really depressed last 5-6 or even more months and it doesn't help with sales at all, lol. You have to be emotionally strong, decisive etc. What did help you to battle depression? Therapy aside. Did you take antidepressants? (if it is not to personal for you to answer)

I have never taken antidepressants. Therapy and exercise got me back to where I needed to be

Yes. I don’t think a tech sales course/bootcamp is needed to land a role. Can Eric and Kris help? ABSOLUTELY. They are both very talented sales people and teachers…they can expediate things for you and have a community of other people like you trying to accomplish the same goal. But, you can land a role on your own without spending $500. If you struggle to land interviews and have good conversations with hiring managers, then I’d consider investing in their program.
