Casuals riding the Topuria train but real ones realize know Max is in his prime with strong fight IQ, evolved conditiong, and has more tools in the box than Topuria to get the job done. Listen, Max always has had problems against great boxers... He has 7 looses is his career, 5 of them against 2 people: Alexander Volkanovski and Dustin Poirier, 2 of the best boxers UFC has to offer... and Holloway lost to them 5 times, got outstruck badly ( especially 2nd Poirier and 3rd Volk fights ). Not only Topuria is a better boxer rn than both Volkanovski and Poirier, but he has a great greco roman base, with extremely good BJJ. Holloway needs to make it a long range point fighting kickboxing match to have a chance, and still he has to worry about takedowns. He needs to constantly move circles, and to stay as far as posibble from the fance. Hard job for Holloway

I'm a Max fan but Ilia is a killer. No way Max survives past 3 rds. The Justin knockout was two guys swinging wildly and max found his chin first. Looked like something I've seen over a dozen times growing up around the streets of New Orleans. Probably the most overrated knockout in UFC history.

Pretty much agree w everything u said. But Max’s knockout is not rated because skill or talent though come on. It’s just a bad ass. Max was menna be underpowered, fighting up a weight class against maybe biggest puncher in the division with a crazy chin. Dominates the fight, clearly winning, but still points to the Center at the end, puts it all on the line for entertainment and drama, and then cleans him out with a few seconds on the clock. Now the bmf belt has some history behind it 😂
