What workouts could we do for stamina?

Depends on your training background - level of play, etc. I use a lot of movement based stamina workouts - so not running at the track, but incorporating agility movements, static holds, etc. The exact work: rest ratio depends on the goal of the workout - usually a couple for capacity and a couple for power.

So for 2 weeks could we do strength and then 2 weeks power?

Unfortunately the body doesn't adapt that fast - I wish it would, but after just two weeks of strength training you are not going to have the adaptations to make the most of your power training, but you can work on your power foundation drills during your strength phase.
