@Kaio Hyzel You don’t have to force feed to get big. Maybe if you want to get fat and then go on a cut. But if you tryna get big and stay lean you don’t force feed.

You do NOT need a lot of carbs if you are doing a typical 45-60 min bodybuilding style workout. I don’t care how many dropsets you do. Carbs are for long, endurance type exercise. Soccer, basketball, marathons.
