Strength ✅ HIIT ✅ Abs ✅ This no-repeat workout checks all of the boxes! We are going to get strong, sweaty, and solid in this 40-minute full-body conditioning workout!
I love this workout! I was feeling it from head to toe and the time flew by with the no-repeat style! Alternating between strength exercises and HIIT cardio was so effective in challenging the muscles and getting the heart pumping! Plus the abs to finish was the perfect ending!
I have modifications throughout this workout that will provide options so you can keep this workout 100% low impact! Make sure to get a stretch, aka dessert, after this workout!
40 MINUTE FULL BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 30lbs / 4.5 - 13.6kg
- EXERCISE MAT

There it is! The “new-new”workouts!” Kaleigh could not come back from vacation without introducing full on new workout cycles! This was awesome! Absolutely!!!! Yes! Every week I can’t believe how much stronger I am getting! I have always worked out a little(-almost 20 years of adult life). Those triceps behind the head I would cry at 10 lbs! Today I did 15 entire time!! Very slow at the end! Great workout!!- amanda

As a long time, "Jillian Michael's Junkie," I grew up on workouts like this, and I still love them to this day! This workout, makes me realize just how strong, capable, and powerful I really am! It's like adding up the sum of all the hard work you've done during your strength and health journey, and really seeing just how much all that has paid off. I do have to say, I'm not a fan of long week day workouts. It's just difficult with work and little kids to find the time. Please keep this style of workout coming! I absolutely loved it!

Working out is one of my least favorite things to do even though I taught yoga for over 13 years but workouts like this make it a lot easier to complete! Loved the no repeat format, the structure and time length for circuits. more of these please!! Adrenna PS-Dog head popping up made my day.

Hi Rita! I don’t use weights on the bike and because the audience that does strength training is much smaller I separate the two. You can easily piece together a cycling and strength workout! 💜
