Let's do well on our SATs !! 1. Majority Rules on Apostrophes: When guessing, choose the answer that matches the majority of options. 2. Punctuation Trick: If a question has a period and a semicolon, eliminate both as they function the same way. 3. Transition Trick: Eliminate transition options that function the same way or are from the same category. 4. Start at Question 15 in English: Begin with easier questions to save time for the harder ones. 5. Use Process of Elimination: Focus on eliminating wrong answers rather than finding the right one. 6. Use Desmos for Math: Use Desmos, especially for complex algebraic problems. 7. Semicolon Rule: If there's a semicolon in the sentence, choose the answer with a semicolon. 8. Pronoun Trick for Subject-Verb Agreement: Identify the verb that doesn't match the others in terms of singular/plural. 9. Ask for Extra Scrap Paper: Request extra scrap paper to write down your work, especially for math. 10. Don't Study Too Much the Night Before: Get a good night's sleep before the test to ensure you're mentally prepared.
