The defense is the bigger problem than threes. They make it easier on their opponents defense when they chuck up threes. Celtics do not defend the threes at all, watch off the ball at all the standing around and the ridiculous doubling.

It's not the amount of 3s but the quality of 3s that the Cs are putting up that should be in question. But there are also the question of aggressiveness, defense and sense of urgency. These players should understand that if they don't win banner 19 this year, there will be changes that will be made maybe as early as next off season.

i think mazzula ball works if we're making 3s at a good rate. My disagreement with Al is right now, our good shooters ARENT good shooters. so that means adjustments are needed until the 3pt percentage finds its level. the above doesnt mean eithet they eschew wide open 3s. still take those. it just means no more off-the dribble pull up 3s and trade that for off-ball cuts, drives or postups. whats being asked is not trading out the good 3s. we're just trading the bad 3s out.

Apparently you are new to the NBA. There is no "changing" the rotation. Who starts, who finishes, who gets to participate at what participation level, and who doesn't get to do any of those things, IS 100% DRIVEN BY UNION CONTRACT STATUS. Mazulla (no coach) has any input that can defy the union contract. Stevens contracted the starters with "starter" contracts, and all the non-starters have "non-starter" contracts, AND THAT'S EXACTLY HOW MAZULLA MUST ALLOCATE THE MINUTES AND STATISTICS.

And he would be EXACTLY CORRECT. Proof? The Celtics played the EXACT SAME STYLE TONIGHT AND THE BLEW OUT THE MAGIC. So what are you going to say now? A team doesn't stop doing what they do best just because of a few bad games or because of clueless pea-brains on KZbin. Stevens purposefully built a team that shoots high-volume 3's, and Mazulla has to, and has, abided by the wishes of his boss. I've always hated Mazulla Ball, the strategy is vulnerable to poor shooting performances. The weakness is baked into the offensive strategy because nobody on the Celtics is a Curry level shooter, so you get games where they're shooting 19% percent from the 3. If these past games prior to the Orlando win were an actual series we would have lost we couldn't hit anything for almost an entire month. Dumb strategy...!!!💯🤦🏾‍♂️

They have added new players we don't know everything that is going on in training if a argument has happened all the celtics players I like it when someone drives in dunks lays or sets someone up for a 3 it's good basketball but players have real life problems people go through shit and it's hard to be perfect all season but the playoffs are the playoffs as long as we get there watch the energy change they have nuffing to prove this season they just need to be hungry anuff to get it again I know many players are there probably just trying new things

One trick pony, that's Joe. JB is an average player being portraited as a star, dribbled, dribbled and the offense flow stopped. Brown took 19 shots to get 17 points, another game with almost team worst -18, by the way, he couldn't guard quicker or skilled player. Tatum is just an unreliable shooter.
