Good better voice with Rode Microphones now. 👍 In Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis we can use Antifibrotic agents:Pirfenidone and Nintedanib can delay the progression but not significantly improve mortality.Nonpharmacologic therapy like Pulmonary rehabilitation and Long term oxygen therapy can be given.Lung transplantation is the only definitive treatment.
