brown is secretly all the hot chocolate they didn't get to sell frozen into little ice cream cones. it's not chocolate because all of the powdery hot chocolate goo in the hot chocolate settled to the bottom as it was being frozen, leaving most of it just bland water/milk beige stuff with dark brown cocoa at the bottom.

My town is locally famous for it's Christmas light displays and I can confirm we have multiple hit chocolate trucks selling it as soon as turkey. Day is over.
