It is very important I think. If there is a topic on the podcast which I don't find interesting I usually just quit the video. With timestamps I can move to other topics. Many others are like me, if not most.

For the fellas: Ball icing update. 2 weeks of consistent morning and night ball icing has resulted in obvious ball hang or growth not sure, rock hard morning wood and WAY bigger loads. Its dramatic the difference. Also physically feel better during the day, like my base line is higher. Interesting results so far also my workouts have been better but I've never really struggled with working out.

If anyone is having frequent sugar cravings it could be Candida Albicans in your gut. It’s a fungus but commonly referred to as “bad gut bacteria”, getting your gut health corrected should curb the cravings within a few weeks. For me it took about two weeks, wish all you powerful people good health and even better lifts 🤙

@@BoostYourBiology to be honest with you I have no idea, I think I have the bottle at home. Ill check it out and reply back with it if it'll help you with research. But it felt like their was a layer of fog between me and my entire existence. @@khairt1731 I am sure it does help some people, the same way some medications help certain people with certain conditions and specific physiological circumstances. But for me personally it more or less out a thick cloud over my entire existence. It didn't make my anxiety or depression worse, but it made me anxious in a different way. It made me very emotional indifferent to alot of things to include the physical feeling of anxiety which is a sensation I struggle to describe but one that I theoughly did not enjoy.

Great Podcast! Props for the warning about ashwagandha! I am definately a victim of nasty ashwagandha side effects. After two weeks of use, it left me depressed, and anxious (which I have NEVER experienced before) along with severe anhedonia, ear ringing and brain fog. I am off for 3 weeks now. Most of the physical complaints have decreased. However, I am still nog 100% myself. Still some anhedonia and just not experiencing pleasure like before. Any people here experiencing the same? And even more important, maybe any tips on recovering and becoming my former self again? Desperate to know.

Let it be known that he got the information on bed incline and glymphatic drainage completely backwards. You need your head to be lower than your toes for glymphatic drainage to work properly. Raising your head actually inhibits proper glymphatic drainage. Best glymphatic results in sleep come from sleeping on your right side (so your heard is elevated) with your head down close to the mattress and your feet slightly elevated

Thanks for all of the great info I really enjoyed this segment. I’ve been using Cistanche for quite awhile now and it really does boost libido. Also I’ve been implementing “incline” sleep therapy for years now without really knowing it was a thing. I suffer from sleep apnea so I can’t sleep flat in the bed. I have a lazy boy recliner next to my bed and many hours of the night I sleep on the incline of the recliner and I sleep well. In the bed because of bad shoulders from many years of weights and martial arts the only way I can sleep are on my sides until my shoulders ache so I’m like a rotisserie chicken all night turning from side to side until I get into the recliner to sleep. Also I use many exotic supplements as well for a variety of things but I’ve noticed my GFR has dropped significantly over the years for my age and i would like to know in your opinion is ingesting 30 or so supplements in pill form a day a strain on the kidneys? Thanks again for the great content 👍

I think the dileucine will be a dead-end supplement. You get more than enough from a typical protein meal. I wish there was some better ideas out there for supplements for strength. I guess acutely (pre-workout) you're going to be limited to mostly stimulants. But maybe something more long-term that develops the nervous system? I think strength begins in the brain so maybe something in the brain? Neurosteroids? DHT? I don't know. Seems like it would have to be something that focuses on nerve health from brain to muscle.

I suffer from really bad social anxiety, where being outside, for more than like 5-10 minutes makes me feel literally like, literally, depressed. I feel like supplementing with some of that black seed oil, histone d-acetylase inhibitors, and stuff, would be just such an incredible help, for times when I have to like, go outside, for outings, to like eat, or like concerts, or, social settings, etc.. That's just one thing, that just sounds, like, so cool, lol
