Ben and Taylor are truly stand up guys, super awesome to listen to them on here. I participated in group coaching with Ben for nearly a year, and his generosity with his time and energy was unbelievable. Same goes for Taylor, he coached me through my first powerlifting peak leading up to my first meet and never asked for a penny. Hope for all the best for these guys.

Hello Gents, I can't tell you how much good work you're doing especially being such positive models for males. When you talk about your personal issues and how you look at them, each one of your angles are different on whatever subject it is which provides a different tool or weapon so to speak. Some of the biggest takeaways that have helped me is abstaining for 30 minutes and it'll pass has helped me not give into the sweet tooth I have, and observing that hunger waves that comes weather I've eaten or not. Talks on porn, judgement, shame, etc are all valuable talks and I was wondering if you could give your takes on dealing with anger and staying cool. Thanks and keep it up guys.

Immediately respect him for not preaching the "go all out" method, especially for newbs training. Rhabdo, over training and joint or ligament damage are very real even if stupid chumps like CT Fletcher who rely on cheat codes call it bs.

The big misconception that Dorian did 1 hard set is not true. For example, his third set of rows at 315lbs was leading him up to his 4th set rows at 405lbs. But what do I know. I doubt he rowed 405 cold🤷♂️
@maenlest172 жыл бұрын
Well, he said hard set, which is RPE 8 or more. Dorian would do those 315 for 4 reps to warm up but he could do 10 with that weight, so that's not a hard set at all.

I remember when Ben lifted at 181 lbs and seeing his growth to over 240 lbs seems otherworldly. I get that hard training and PEDs are there, but it just seems like his growth has been too rapid.
@Shawntreece32 жыл бұрын
You gotta remember he was putting a cap on his weight because he had to be in a certain class. As soon as he took in more nutrients hus body just exploded because it finally had what it needed to grow.

From knowing Ben and spotting him at times in his powerlifting days, he looks really unhealthy. I'm sure he's doing it as best he can but his face looks super aged since I knew him. Hope he stays healthy.
@doggpound93192 жыл бұрын
I was surprised on how old he was, he's only 6 years older than me but he looks 20 years older than me, that's one thing I've notice with people on the sauce, their face ages dramatically depending on how heavy/long they run their cycles.
@Kocis192 жыл бұрын
@@doggpound9319 noticed this too. Especially guys competing and reallllyyy pushing near a show. Not sure if it’s the extent of the sauce or the combination of that and crazy dieting but the face fluctuation in water and fat seems to wear it down.
