The MC3 Curriculum is a standardized, comprehensive, 120-hour Trades Apprenticeship-Readiness course designed to help young people and transitioning adults choose and succeed in apprenticeship programs that are appropriate for them. Our training protocol-combining lecture/text/video-based learning with hands-on practice-will challenge and inspire students as they gain technical, Industry-Aligned experience, improve their employability skills, and journey to the core of who they are as human beings.
