OMG THIS HAPPENED TO ME! We bought our tickets from stubhub (it seems like that where you bought yours based off the convos). So we flew to Gelsenkirchen and we got our tickets 3 weeks in advance. The day of the concert my mom checks the tickets and they STILL hadn’t transferred. She called stubhub they said they’d call us back. Never did. Called again said they knew nothing about it even though the lady on the phone said she’d open a case thing on it. After 2 hours they replaced our tickets. We got to the stadium and the tickets were fake 😭. I started crying and these absolute angels got me in for free right off the floor! 💕💗

Im so sorry this happened! We went to the same show ( New Orleans N3) and had so meny issues, waiting in hot merch lines, before the show witch almost made me pass out and throw up ( paramedics came lol), waiting for hotel which we where supposed to get in at 3 but got in at 4:10, the walk took so long and my legs cramped so bad I almost cried, we didn’t know where are gate was but found it and instead of gate F it was gate H, and finally got in found are seats balled my eyes out, and for some songs I had to sit bc my legs were in pain like tears pain, but it was SOOOOOOOO worth it, cried tears of joy when she came on😁

omg mccall i’m so sorry this happened!!! the same exact thing happened to me and they were giving me obstructed seats, when we had front row seats in front of the stage (not floor like 300s level) and we bought tickets that day at 11am and the tickets were removed at 3pm so i missed gracie on miami n1 but i got tickets from another company with similar seats and i was able to go and hear the last 2 songs of gracie! i’m so glad you got new tickets!!! love you mccall 🩷🩷
