The reseller was so horrible to you guys. You are just swifties that want to see Taylor, but they treated you like animals. the same things happened to me for sabrina carpenter and we got amazing seats in the front 100s. we got them like an hour after the tickets went on sale and were so excited. The tickets finally sent but when we opened them they said there was an error. My dad went on over 8 long phone calls that did the exact same thing to us. we went to the stadium snd then thought we weren’t even gonna get tickets. i stood outside the stadium crying thinking i wouldnt be able to see my dream concert. But then we went inside to the ticket office box and showed them what happened and we ended up getting seats behind the stage and we came in during the second song and i couldnt see anything. during an intermission we moved to 200s sests that we could actually see the stage. during the concert felt unusual because we kept moving around but at the end we snuck down into the 100s and i got confetti and it was so cool but i was sad thinking that where we had to SNEAK down to was where our original seats were. ticket reselling is so annoying

OMG THIS HAPPENED TO ME! We bought our tickets from stubhub (it seems like that where you bought yours based off the convos). So we flew to Gelsenkirchen and we got our tickets 3 weeks in advance. The day of the concert my mom checks the tickets and they STILL hadn’t transferred. She called stubhub they said they’d call us back. Never did. Called again said they knew nothing about it even though the lady on the phone said she’d open a case thing on it. After 2 hours they replaced our tickets. We got to the stadium and the tickets were fake 😭. I started crying and these absolute angels got me in for free right off the floor! 💕💗

i’m pretty sure that the reseller was stub hub. i remember this happening to me and my older sisters in philadelphia last year when we were supposed to have 3 section 220 tickets, ticketmaster sent us the same email but about 3 months before the concert. but for whatever reason the people at ticket master gave us 3 sixth row floor seats? i literally called ticket master BAWLING thanking them for the tickets!! it was amazing

The same thing happened to me with Sabrina carpenter we got our tickets in June but they moved us through out the months but when October came around they said our tickets were canceled so we fought with them and they couldn’t give us our tickets and they said we can’t give you tickets we can only give you a refund but we didn’t want a refund but we got the refund but we used the money to get REAL tickets also here’s a tip if they say we can’t give you tickets and only a refund buy real tickets from the real company

omg mccall i’m so sorry this happened!!! the same exact thing happened to me and they were giving me obstructed seats, when we had front row seats in front of the stage (not floor like 300s level) and we bought tickets that day at 11am and the tickets were removed at 3pm so i missed gracie on miami n1 but i got tickets from another company with similar seats and i was able to go and hear the last 2 songs of gracie! i’m so glad you got new tickets!!! love you mccall 🩷🩷

Im so sorry this happened! We went to the same show ( New Orleans N3) and had so meny issues, waiting in hot merch lines, before the show witch almost made me pass out and throw up ( paramedics came lol), waiting for hotel which we where supposed to get in at 3 but got in at 4:10, the walk took so long and my legs cramped so bad I almost cried, we didn’t know where are gate was but found it and instead of gate F it was gate H, and finally got in found are seats balled my eyes out, and for some songs I had to sit bc my legs were in pain like tears pain, but it was SOOOOOOOO worth it, cried tears of joy when she came on😁
