i got the chance to meet the actor who plays “doofy” from the first scary movie film, this was back in may, he was doing a little fan signing and stuff, i asked him about the new scary movie and he told me he was supposed to be going to a meeting. also the actor who plays “greg” told me he wouldnt be interested in coming back UNLESS the wayans brothers come back… looks like things are going very well for scary movie fans… also i have evidence that i met these guys back in may. just some cool news i been waiting to share with people, just didnt want to ruin the suprise

Between the new Scary Movie and Liam Neeson's Naked Gun reboot, I'm so glad parody films are making a comeback. I really hope Anna Faris returns, although realistically, I see them trying to get as much of the original cast as possible. Also, with as many years that have passed, there's a ton of new horror material to work with. I hope this will only be the first in what will hopefully be a resurgence in the Scary Movie franchise and even quality parody films in general
