Im on 7 months now. Doing all you suggested. Reassuring that i continue and be patient. My acupuncture guy says it will take time. Ive also noticed im much better without gluten, dairy ir sugar. Definately emotional & physical stress sets me back.

I'm glad you're gradually, but getting better. Yes, stress is a big trigger for me as well, which makes me agree with the opinion that the root cause of our problem is hypersensitive nervous system and brain inflammation.

Im so so fatigued it’s been 3 weeks. I went through intense stress and chaos and I think it reactivated I can’t function I’ve been sleeping before and after work like crazy Help

Hope you’re healthy and improved now friend- it really is a nasty illness I had it for about 6 months 😞🥵🤮🤒🤑 find these videos very relaxing as you have a relaxing voice 🏆💯

To be honest haven't got this symptom too much, but main concern should be your lifestyle, do you walk? Try walking at least 1 hour a day.

Muhammad, I guess I'm not depressed in a classic understanding. However, from time to time, I do experience some panic attacks or bad thoughts that's something else is wrong with my health apart from Mono.
