Great and fun battle report! I'd like to see more. I'm pretty new to Aristeia, so I might be wrong, but here's what I noticed: After sending a character to the infirmary, the sending player should get a frag token and draw a tactics card. Parvati's submachine gun has a minimum range of 2, so she couldn't have taken Bixee out while standing right next to her.

Nice. Though would be great to put orange/green/whatever markers from the box on bases to distinguish two teams; its a bit hard to remember who's who. Did you draw a card when you kill enemy? Why didn't you displace Max every time enemy declares an attack on Ally? A little nitpick - you cannot put the same state multiple times unless specified otherwise (which would be burning, poison and something else; not initiative). And you put state red side up and flip at the end of character activation (states step).
