i had taken 3g creatine each pre and post for 2-3 days..but i felt very tired and sleepy in these days..when i didn't take creatine i didn't feel sleepy anymore...

Yes u can add whey+creatine. But.. After exercise , dont add milk . Use water. And dont use creatine in milk. It is used with water .
