21 minutes long, omg, YAY! 😄 Last time I watched with my husband and he saw that Solo was helping meal prep, and I told him how much I have learned from you about meal prep, going to the store less often, mealplanning, etc. and he said: We could totally do this once a week if you want, I could help too! ♥️♥️♥️ It was soooo sweet. We are only a family of 4 so I only plan so that we have 2-3 meals ahead but these videos give me some great ideas and inspiration!

One night I told mine they could eat whatever they could find for dinner while I had cheese and crackers for dinner (cooking three meals a day during this quarantine had taken its toll). I walked back in to the kitchen, and the six year old was dipping a ring pop in to a puddle of syrup. I stood there a minute, said “carry on” and walked back to my charcuterie board. Granola seems like a healthy and filling meal to me!

So excited to see you make the "Fluffy German Pancake"! Here in Sweden we just call it "oven pancake" :) A common variation is to have bacon in it (you simply lay out uncooked strips of bacon in the melted butter and then pour the batter on top and it cooks at the same time) which makes for a quick savoury meal. Or you add apples and cinnamon to make it more like a dessert, or leeks, broccoli and cheese to keep it healthy-ish... It works nicely with healthier flours as well. One it is made you can cut slices and freeze them, or eat the leftover bits cold from the fridge. When I was a kid that was my favourite haha, cold left over "oven pancake" with strawberry jam on top!
