Fish recipe -
3 pounds fish fillets
12 Tbsp softened butter
6 tsp minced garlic
1 heaping tsp Italian seasoning
dill weed
Bake at 400 for 10-15 min
Peanut Butter Chicken -
3-4 pounds chicken thighs (best if browned first but not necessary)
Make sauce...
6 Tbsp soy sauce
6 tsp minced garlic
3 Tbsp minced ginger
6 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp or less of cayenne pepper if you like spice
Pour sauce on chicken and cook 4 hours high or 8 hours low… add 2/3 cup peanut butter to the sauce at the end!
Quiche -
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk (we use almond for low-carb)
4 eggs
Whisk together... then add...
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
4 cups spinach/kale/other veggies of choice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white or black pepper
Bake in greased pie pan or pie crust. 400 degrees for 50 minutes with foil on top... then 10 more minutes uncovered.
Serve with hot sauce if you dare. ;)
Beef Stroganoff -
This was a new recipe for us and we did not like it as much as our old one... so we will share the GOOD recipe in the future!
