Here's the full update on the oats! The fluff did kind of melt into these, which made them more creamier than normal. By the third day, it was pretty much melted in. But I just stirred that right in and it was just like regular milky, creamy oatmeal consistency. So, this will be a preference of how thick or creamy you like them. I prefer mine really thick so I think the next time I make them, I'll just add my fluff the day I eat it. But the flavor? We loved them!! 😋

Aww...thank you!! Actually, I learned a lot from my grandmother when I was real young. But mostly, I just taught myself. When my kids were little, it was fast food and boxed stuff! My son jokes that now that they've grown and left the house, I cook like a gourmet chef now! 😂😂 So glad you like watching the videos! :) As far as a pic of the finished meals, the breakfasts and lunches I show. Or are you referring to the dinner kits maybe? I try to do What's for Dinner videos to those so that I can link them, but I don't always have time to. For these dinner kits, the hard part is I usually have my video up Tuesday or Wednesday and usually I haven't even cooked the dinners yet. For example, we bumped a meal this week so I'm not making the pork until tomorrow and the chicken on Friday. Actually, now that I think of it, I'm pretty sure I already have a What's for Dinner/Cook with me video for that chicken one! I'll go look now and link that below the recipe! :) Thanks Marnie!

Hey girl I made two new overnight oats one is Peanut Butter Cup overnight oats: 1/3 cup oats , 2 tbs PB2 chocolate, 1 tsp cocoa splash vanilla and 1/3c almond milk. This one is like eating desert. The other one apple pie overnight oats: 1/3c oats, 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tbs cooked apples. (I had some apples that were gonna go bad so I just peeled and cook with cinnamon and sugar substitute) and 1/3c almond milk tbs sugar free syrup. I mixed the syurp and cinnamon in the apple. It reminds me a little like the cinnamon/apple instant oats but so much better consistency and the chucks of apples were great.
