That Ground Beef Hash recipe is one of my favorite crock pot meals, I make it at least once every other week. Today I am experimenting, hoping it is good. Thanks so much, Cynthia!! I haven't tried the fat-free cheese in a while. I wasn't a huge fan of fat-free products back when I tried them, but it's possible some of them have changed since then. I honestly wish I could just fit the full-fat ones in. The flavor just seems so much better and it satiates me so much more. I may pick up a bag of the fat-free mozzarella and see what I think!! @PlanningUsHealthy3 жыл бұрын
He is definitely a handsome one, if I do say so myself! :) I have honestly never tried freezing the salmon with the marinade in it. I don't see why you couldn't. I know of other things that you can freeze in marinade, but I'm not sure if the alcohol would do anything. I'm thinking it would be fine. I know people who store their alcohol in the freezer anyway. I guess it wouldn't hurt to try. Maybe just do a small piece the first time. :)

Hello kristi I have a question maybe you might know!The O’Brien potatoes say there 50 calories for a whole cup!That sounds to good to be true!Im having a struggle week after doing good☹️How do you get right back on track after a slip up!I get hungry at night because I stay up late!Also the O’Brien potatoes I got from aldi and they said 50 calories a cup!I think it’s wrong?
@clooney78673 жыл бұрын
Seasons choice brand is 50 calories per cup on itrackbites
@PlanningUsHealthy3 жыл бұрын
Hi Ashley! I try not to refer to any days as "slip ups" because then it makes me feel guilty or like I failed. You can't fail. You can have high days or days that you just didn't eat as you normally would like, but those are just a day in our lives. So, we just let that day go and move on to the next and start with a fresh slate. If you're hungry at night, try to eat something during the day that has more protein and fiber in it. You just may not be getting enough to keep you satiated. And yes, I believe that is correct for the potatoes. I don't have the bag anymore to check the points on them, but I know they are low in calories! :)
@PlanningUsHealthy3 жыл бұрын
Ahhh, perfect!! Thank you! I had already thrown my bag out so I couldn't check it.

Thank you for what you said I sure did need that!!So glad you here❤️I do believe I need more protein👍to last me longer!I realize when I don’t eat all of the calories in the day I’m more hungry!!I did look up the potatoes on the Orida O’Brien potatoes and they were way more than the Aldi’s so I guess that’s why I thought they might be wrong!Thanks again kristi and your meals looked yummy😋

Thanks Jean! I just add the seasonings afterwards. There are lots of pros and cons on this one. With the cost of extra lean meat, I know a lot of people just choose to take a little bit of flavor away for the cost. I've never noticed a difference in the flavor though.
