Hey Cambria! You should try roasting the beets and garlic with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar to use in the hummus.. Takes it to the next level!! Always love your videos - informative, soothing, real. ♥️

I don't comment often, but been following you for a reaaally long time now! I just wanted to say I really enjoy your videos and love your content. Its so encouraging to hear what you are talking about during the mealprep... especially what you are saying about not needing to feel super happy every day all year round and its so normal to have ups and downs. Such a good reminder for me today and helped me to just be okay with it and realize once again, its normal!!! Thank you :)

Hi Cambria no hate just wanted to encourage you to specify with your mineral tea that those of us with severe gluten allergies or Celiac should NOT consume oat straw unless we are certain that it is 100% gluten free. But even then, some individuals with gluten sensitivities or celiac still are not able to consume oats as it can mimic the protein in wheat for some individuals with celiac or gluten allergies like myself. I really want to make it and will sub out oat straw with spearmint tea as it is good for PCOS which I struggle with as well. I absolutely love your videos and your open caring heart and have made many of your recipes and they never disappoint! Thanks Cambria!

If you have low levels of magnesium, that could be a cause. There are many reasons for headaches. You should mention it to your doctor so he/she can rule out an underlying condition. Happy New Year. As a migraine sufferer, I feel your pain & hope you figure it out soon! 💛

Give God control of everything ❤ I got married the same year you and Bo did and our lives have not gone according to our plans. We just accepted that God had other plans for us and we finally surrendered. And he has blessed us every single step of the way. Things aren’t easy by any means but He’s always provided and made a way for us. Give God control of your fertility too. I don’t want this to come across negatively at all or insensitive to your loss. But every time you talk about conceiving you talk about it in fear and how you need to still gain control of your body through nutrition. I totally get that. But children come from the Lord. Trust in him to give you a child when it’s His timing. Taking care of your body is great but God is in charge of giving you a child.

You should try roasting beets yourself its taste so much better. I want to share my beet salad with you . Roasted beets grated Red onion deced Lots of garlic Red pepper fresh diced Mayo salt and black pepper to taste. I also add good quality olive oil but optional. My husband asks me to make this salad often. We love beets and i will be trying your beet hummus for sure.

Hey Cambria! My mom introduced me to your content awhile back and I have always been inspired and encouraged to continue doing what God layed on my heart, because you were doing my second dream of health physically and spiritually! I have a podcast called Be Still and Run by Alli Anne. I'm interviewing 12 people this year. The goal is to encourage ladies to run the race God created them to run by seeking a relationship with God, using the analogies of running physically. I would be stoked to have you as a guest speaker for the month of May 2024 talking about Nutrition in the Word and on the Table. Let me know if you'd be willing! Thanks, Alli

Hi Cambria! Stopped the video when you started talking about 2023 Christmas being a sad time for you. I am so broken right now, my friend. My husband of 27 years and I divorced two weeks before Christmas. He took our daughter to his family’s house and I stayed home alone and cried. I am barely getting by … his whole family is here in Florida supporting him 💯. I’m from Ohio with no family to turn to. To make things worse I feel rejection at church because of my new status. Please pray for me. My needs are so many ! Our daughter is autistic and I was a stay at home mom for years. Now I’m struggling to find a job and move on. I’m definitely struggling with depression as my ex husband gloats over not having to give me anything in the divorce. I am praying that somehow God would reward my faithfulness to my husband and my commitment to my daughter all of those years. I’m taking one day at a time. The only healthy routine that I’ve been able to stick with is walking 10,000 steps per day. I usually watch your videos when I’m home alone. Please put me on your prayer list… I’ve been a fan and follower of yours for a few years now. God bless you! Love ya! - Teresa

Hi Cambria, I just watched your 10 habits video. And I was wondering if you could make a video, showing us how to achieve 30 gr of protein for breakfast, not eating eggs everyday, because I find so hard to eat eggs daily (I tried and couldn´t), and trying not to eat any supplements. Just real food. I know sounds like a challenge, but would be so helpful!
