Hi,Joanna! I have been following you for some while now. However, the content on gaining weight is considerably less than losing it. It would be really nice if could give a diet chart/diet plan and not just isolated food preparations. It would be really helpful. Thank you. You're doing great.

I always considered myself a hard gainer, but the reality was I had always had a lousy diet. As soon as I started following the Agoge diet, I started gaining muscle fast!

That’s the problem I don’t eat stuff like that… I need to gain weight but black beans is a no. Avocado 🥑 is a no eating raw bell pepper it’s just hard to eat like that…

Can we have some meal prepping for vegetarians. No meat, no chicken, no eggs.. I am from India.. hence a definition for vegetarians involves no eggs either..meal preps containing duita vegetables, legumes, dairy products, etc should be good.please suggest..quite lately have been seeing a lot of videos of yours

I recommend trying the Agoge diet if you want to build muscle as fast as possible. It worked amazing for me.

You can still follow the recipes and reduce the portion. These are healthy recipes suitable for every body.I make all these meals myself too. 🤤

Hi Joanna I achieved my goal of weight loss and perfect weight through healthy food and training but there are some fats in my belly and back, I want to gain more muscle to be more lean, should I increase my calories from healthy foods and training then the rest fats will burn or I keep going as I do by lowering my calories until all fats burning and then I bulking? I need your advice thanks a lot for every thing I love you😘😘

Aim to eat a good amount to maintain your weight, and aim to incorporate more strength training. We don't need to "burn all fats" then only "lean up". Our body doesn't both together - burn fat & lean up. Aim for 2 higher intensity workout, and at least 2 - 3 sessions of strength training per week. I hope this helps. 😊

I worked out for years thinking I was a hard gainer, but the reallity is I just had a bad. I then tried the Agoge Diet, and started seeing much faster and better results.

Actually not, the recipes are balanced but for weight loss the portions are completely different, for me as a person that needs to gain weight I have to eat 50%-55% carbs, 25%-30% protein and fats 15%-20% but your needs are completely different, you should eat more protein, you can follow the recipes but you need to adjust them to your needs.

Why does no one get it tht salmon is the worst food on the planet? Fukishima killed wild salmon. And farm raised is GMO and not good for you. The flesh is mealy! Why do ppl still promote this food? Plz someone address this concern.

You can't outtrain a bad diet... I learned that the hard way training so hard and having poor results. Then I started following the Agoge diet, and I finally started seeing some awesome results.
