@@BrittanyLupton So so true. My husband and I both work and when we get home we're both just wiped out and don't want to cook a big meal. So we usually eat leftovers or out of a box. Trying to get away from that because he's diabetic and I'm Pre-diabetic. Thanks for the tips. I can't wait to try that salsa. Yum!

Basically my overnight oats. 1/2c oats, 1/2c almond milk, protein powder, 1 Tbsp chia seeds and then I add various things. Sometimes it’s pb2 and then a banana in the morning for peanut butter and banana. Sometimes it’s cookie butter added into it or something g butter added into it. :) I should try adding frozen fruit in it, that would probably be good. Also.. subscribing, downloaded your ebook, and shared with my mom and sister :)

Hey girl!!! So I just tried making your sweet potato dessert, and it didn’t work for me! The sweet potato didn’t cook all the way through in 6 minutes, it came out more texturized and the skin didn’t peel off easily. Tell me what I’m doing wrong! I was so hyped to try it. Please help!!!!!! 😘

hey! you might have to keep cooking it until it is cooked all the way through! I know some sweet potatoes are larger, and microwave times may vary. I cook it until its soft all the way through. I hope that helps!!!!
