I will never understand why someone will put down a person who works harder than themselves. You clearly work very hard to maintain your business, your body, and your outlook on life. Don't let that seem creepy, you posted a workout on vacation video. Less motivated people don't work out on vacation. Your work pays dividends beyond physical fitness and financial stability. And people who never worked to the point of exhaustion will simply not understand what that feels like. Stay gorgeous and keep selling tools. You do both very well imho.
