Mino was always tormented by his seagull bully everyday at his window. However, after some time they started to become close and could lie in the sun together. But one day came when the seagull just didn’t show up. Mino would wait for weeks before his feather friend brought her baby over to introduce the two. Now the three watch the sunrise together every morning and hang out like a family

How cool is this... I was privileged once to " keep " a Tawjy Frogmouth owl...in Brisbane Australia. Clearly an orphan. It just turned up. I lived in a pretty open place..so it just parked itself on the TV, then my pushbike. Being a night bird it launched after dark and came back at sunrise. In tbe beginning i fed it because it couldnt feed itself...parents show them that bit. When i arrived home after work it would "say hello" ...Sometimes it would land on my forearm...and angle for my fingers...yum...it stayed with me for 4 months, grew strong and left...came back 8 months later to "say hello" ...got some great pics..what a privilege...

Seagulls have always been lil jerks! 😅 Growing up by the Jersey shore, it wasn’t unusual to see one circle overhead & drop a deuce on the heads of people who wouldn’t hand over their food. They can be bullies and love to taunt with their cackling laughter after they pull some mean prank. They’re worse when they work in gangs! I always thought, well, it’s Jersey…being a jerk is part of our culture. It’s funny to see they are bullies no matter where they reside.

My high school was in Venice, CA we called them rats with wings. They were always making huge messes. I guess they didn’t have the time to be jerks with us, too busy digging in our trash and fighting each other. 😂

NIce tale...As long as there is a glass between them. It's been a few days that the new baby seagulls are making their first flights and I'm running left and right to keep my colony cats away from them. Same goes when we had kittens (before everyone was neutered) and we had to be careful of the seagulls grabbing the kittens. They even tried to grab a nine month old cat. Tales are nice but be aware people, both species are carvonites hunters.
