I really like Louis, Jon was great of course, but Louis wears his new position like a glove, with a great, bright smile. Stephen deserved that applause at (4:30), because he is genuinely a funny guy, and he helped us so through some very dark times.

Agree. Love to hear Louis's giggles during the show -- he's actually reacting to and appreciating the content. Jon was more introspective; Louis is more outgoing and interactive, and therefore a better fit for that position. And yes, Jon was (still is!) great.

Different sort of humour. Seth relies on a lot of fourth wall breaks, and calling out joke writers or someone like Wally is a part of that. You’ll sometimes hear the staff laugh at some kind on crew in joke as well.
