Supine position - it is expected to be same …but I am talking in standing too…ventilation as well as perfusion are more at base

Just look at ventilation perfusion graph, you will see both decrease from base to apex but perfusion decreases much more. Ventilation perfusion ratoi is more at apex not ventilation. If you have read it somewhere either read it again to clarify your concept.. or if it is really written in any book its written wrong
