Love this pizza recipe AB because I've made it at least 4 times now! Fun FACT: To cut down on the proofing time from 4hrs to 1.5hrs-2hrs with this recipe is to not add the salt directly to the yeast BEFORE it activates (salt slows down the yeasts' growth rate). I also added the oil after the yeast activated. Finally I added all the dry ingredients together (flour, salt, garlic powder and oregano). Thank you again AB for this awesome recipe!

I never had an issue making pizza dough at home, it’s easy and it always comes out the oven fine, but I just feel like something be missing flavor wise, the infused olive oil and honey are great ideas. Can’t wait to try that the next time I make dough. Thanks👍
