AB is soothing and informative. The way he talks is symphonic, in a Human way, you know. I am an amateur linguist (Language semi-expert) and every thing that goes along with that; word flow, tone, word choice, descriptive ability. AB is also fun to watch and listen to. He tells you the way HE likes to do things but concedes there are other ways to cook, cut, choose ingredients. He points the way, gives you 85% and lets me fill in the other 15% with my own imagination. Good times and all leveled up!

In France we do burgers with "blue cheese" or "raclette cheese". It's non processed french cheese. The taste is way stronger than US cheese. It's done for males with big cojones ! ;) To balance it we use caramelized onions. I hope you will try that one day. Thanks of the video, I got immediate water in the mouth.
