My family loves dumplings. I make both a sweet and a savory version of it. In this video, I served it with pork and vegetable sauce. I made the sauce from the broth in which the meat and vegetables were cooked. This dish was inspired by Czech cuisine.
What you need:
1kg of flour
10g of yeast
salt
water
1kg of pork meat (or any kind of meat of your preference)
4-6 carrots
1 green pepper
1 onion
2-3 parsley
some slices of celery
tomato sauce
salt
pepper
flour
1dl of heavy cream
lemon juice
