Looking good as always. I love meatloaf. When you said it serves 4, I'm like shoot, I'd eat two pieces that night soooooo it'll last two days. Lol! The next day, I'll be eating a meatloaf 'sammich'. I don't eat beef but I make a hell of a turkey meatloaf. I sautee my veggies first (yellow/red/orange bell pepper, red onion, garlic ) and cook my sauce on the stove. I hit the sauce with a bit of Worcestershire too. Thanks for sharing the links to the pan too!

Your smothered chicken recipe was an ABSOLUTE HIT so I wanted to try a different meatloaf (turkey) recipe and lo! You came up! And guess what, I had left over gravy from the smothered chicken (there were no leftovers between me and my roommate. Just put my meatloaf in the oven. Had to do minor changes, I used raw sugar, apple cider vinegar, and tomato sauce instead of ketchup(less processed sugar). I didn’t realize I was out of Italian bread crumbs and had to use crackers. Looking forward to having some for supper. I fixed enough to put several “meals” in the freezer. I have my own homemade frozen foods in the freezer. So handy to just pull out, thaw and heat. Anyway, it has been so long since I’ve made meatloaf I forgot some of the ingredients.
