Dislcaimer : Misspoke on the inner, you ideally, want +1 Passives(Gives you more missles), not attack speed. Although 20% Boss is a good alternative if you roll it first.
Beep Boop. Washers done.
Mechanic is quite possible the most unique training class in the game. It's summons make up 90% of your mobbing, while your main job is to replace them when needed, asap, and keep yourself in combat, for the other 10%. It's very relaxing, but still quite engaging, and opens up a lot of creative rotations. Minimizing wasted movement is like half the fun with Mech.
The mobbing is on the weaker end, and requires a lot of funding to get to the point that it feels really, really good. Similar to Evan, its a rough early game class, the difference between one shotting as a mech, and 2-3 shotting is night and day. The class can feels 10000x worse when you're not strong.
The heavy reliance on Relentless Attacks Special Node, is kind of rough, but, with the rate that Mechanic is able to mob, youll make up those nodes in no time flat.
Mechanic is a class I would recommend to everyone. With the warning that you need to invest a little bit more than most classes before Mechanic starts feeling like the Kenmore Washing Machine it was meant to be. When funded, Mechanic is probably the single greatest mobber in the game, It gets rates close to if not better than the best mobbers in the game, is almost any map. It's very flexable, and performs incredibly in small to medium-large type maps. Anywhere you can comfortable cover in summons, Mech can absolutely dominate.
This class is way more fun, than its playrate would lead you to believe.

A general guide to what maps I used while training Mechanic to 250, and what rotations I used in those maps.
For a general training guide for lvls 1 - 200 I highly recommend Whiyu's video on the topic, that goes very in depth on training as well as alternatives to just grinding :
