so this is totally different then a car clutch operation! i had no idea! and i own a ‘96 peterbilt but never had to pull the trans… just wondered exactly “what happens when you adjust one” like “what moves to make it grab more” i thought it worked just like my vehicles 😅👍

So wonder if you got a 1/2 but the 1/8 is way over. What then?

Then the linkage is likely out of adjustment or the clutch brake was worn out making the 1/2” place the release bearing too far back toward the transmission.
