I have been a DIY woodworker for many years, and I am just about ready to start making wooden trucks, and hopefully working up to something on this level. I'm not interested in making those cartoonish looking toys, instead, I want to build the much more realistic pieces. Your videos and plans are a real inspiration.

Thanks for the comment. I agree about wanting to build toys that are more sophisticated. Of course, I hope that someday you build one of my designs, but if you are looking for something still more realistic looking, but easier, you might want to look at the plans by Toys-n-Joys. Amazing work! Do you work with a lot of heavy equipment or just a subject to use for a working model?

I don't work with heavy equipment, nor am I an engineer. I just like building models with lots of moving parts and mechanical systems. Thanks for asking.
