Just got back from day 1. Absolutely unreal the amount of quality cars there. Walked around for 6 hours and still didn't see everything. Can't wait to go back. Great selection of food trucks as well.

Wow! You've been there to see it grow first-hand. Which car or collection are you most excited to see this time around?

@@mecum I'm a Corvette enthusiest, so I'm most interested in the 500(?) or so Vettes. Unless someone has attended, it's hard to imagine the number of #1 and #2 cars that are auctioned on the last two days. I describe it as "car overload".

just buy/sell your car yourself.....so much money to be saved. the fees are nuts

I purchased a car from Mecum this year. Even after the fees, I feel like I'm walking away with a good deal. You have to be smart and stop at your limit. Everyone knows the fees and they bid accordingly. After all fees, I got a 1932 ford roadster for a little over 30k. I checked locally and searched the internet. You're not going to find many 32 Fords for 30k.

Plenty of discussion about that internally. Between spam bots and inappropriate comments it tends to get out of hand.
