Then they put a ford line in and bingo, flat rate no incentive. This was only the beginning, eventually they closed the plant because non-Union office workers embezzled 17 million by ordering large brass gears big as a flatbed. Reading Industrial Scrap sold it and they split the money. We were the oldest and last Union shop in Dana Corporation. Our workers through their backs into it for WW2. 😡
