I've been disabled with PTSD since 2011. For EIGHT years I tried to get Kaiser to approve this, as I watched the PTSD get worse. Sadly, Medicare is no better. If only these treatments would be available for those who don't have the most expensive insurance. I already get cervical nerve ablations, which don't look much different. Not scary at all. Thank you for the video, though, and, as always, we appreciate your kindness. :-)

Hey unrelated to this particular video but I just wanted to say: I’ve been dreading a surgery (parathyroidectomy) I was scheduled for because I was terrified of being under general anesthesia and possible injury to the laryngeal nerve (nerve that controls your vocal chords for anyone who doesn’t know) and wouldn’t be able to speak. It’s an extremely small risk but being an extremely anxious person, I was petrified for a month all the way to the surgery center. BUT your videos definitely helped me out a bit with my uncertainty. I would LOVE something like this for my anxiety. I have been getting nerve blocks for occipital neuralgia since 2016. It just suddenly hit me. The night before I felt nervousness and my body wouldn’t stay still to sleep. I woke up with the worst headache of my life & laid in a dark room for 3 days until I called my dr. He ignored me and by that time my neck was hurting bad. He told me I sprang my neck! 🤬🤬🤬. It took two weeks to get an MRI bc my dr refused. I had to go to pain management and the dr there ordered one and it wasn’t good when it came back. The dr was mad and said this is malpractice. I didn’t care I wanted out of pain. He gave me nerve blocks and I felt a bit better ina few days. He also suggested Ketamine and I was afraid of it and said no. I was on medication for anxiety, insomnia and depression so it scared me to death. What does the Ketamine do for a person? Is it a better alternative than antidepressants and anxiety medication? I would love to stop the medication.

Thanks, doc. 360mg of controlled release propranalol had similar results for me. Like throwing a switch within days of taking the first dose. (started low, then worked up to 360mg). I could talk about how ketamine has revolutionised paramedicine all day. First started using it 20 years ago for analgesia, RSI, sedation, and if needed, an 'off' switch for combative patients. I actually know a guy who's trying Ketamine (microdosing), as a treatment for complex PTSD. He told me he feels like he's experiencing certain domains in his life like a child again, except this time, he's more in charge of dealing with the emotion his experiences invoke. The biggest gain by far is his sobriety. He stopped drinking, and not only has he managed to stop, he said the 'desire to drink' is gone. He's a changed man .

When I drive or if I am a passenger I get so many triggers I pretty much only drive maybe 2 times every 6 weeks. The smell of burning oil, tar, or burnt rubber tires. I have had to pull over from hi-ways before due to triggers were my heart rate in a dentist office was over 220 blood pressure. Along with the PTS I also have chronic pain due to two genetic issues with my back which I take mega painkillers for each day. The bupivicaine is longer acting that some topicals, life lidocaine. But, why does it have long lasting effects for PTSD?

The sympathetic seems to act like a working memory stuck in overactive mode. Reboot and overactivity goes away (provided it’s the root cause of one’s problems).

As I looked into medication’s neutrophil peptides whatever reason I keep putting this gang blocked off probably because of the cost without insurance, but I would say I have those issues and always have trouble concentrating brain fog, malaise fatigue, so I guess probably time to revisit this

Someone recommended I get this procedure done. I’ve had Long Haul COVID and my blood pressure hasn’t normalized.

Does insurance cover this procedure? I need to do something... whether it's this or it's ketamine infusions.... something. My stress from life, anxiety I gave always had my evite life... that got worse after my youngest son was born with an of his issues... then now my chronic pain and autoimmune disease.... I'm never out of fight or flight... I get high cortisol from being in fight or flight so much and from my chronic pain... something like this could maybe help me be back to before the cortisol. I might sleep again and possibly lose some of this weight...

This is very interesting. How to connect with a MD who does this?

I would do a search in your area and learn more on our website (clarus-health.com)
