you know what i loved about this intro, not only does it have a cool historical background on the time period your about to participate in, but if you listen to the background you can hear the different cultural musical peices that relates to each nation, you can hear them as there added one after the other like the bagpipes for the scots and the chanting for the irish and im guessing the violin for the peole of wales, but seriously such a beatifully well made video good job CA plz go back to this.

Ah yes, indeed. I've since learned of that. Scotland was never conquered or totally defeated. Alas, to what avail? Said Scottish King moved his court to London upon gaining the crown of England, which effectively became the main country of the union. I've a cousin working in Wales last I heard of him. He told me how some Welsh made a point of not replying when spoken to in English. I've read that, in Ireland, the Irish language is regaining usage. What say you?

The Scots did win, they have never been conquered by England. A Scottish King later inherited the English throne, that is how the two nations were joined (once both nations parliament passed an act of union anyway). As for Wales, alas we did lose.

1. Scotland is not independent (at least not at the moment). Neither are England, Wales or Northern Ireland; they are all constituent nations of the United Kingdom. 2. Scots will always be British, even if they become independant. British means of are relating to the island of Great Britain. 3. What Scots are not and shall never be is English. English and British ARE NOT THE SAME THING.
