They look awesome, the new tier 3 units are amazing. But shouldn't the Rodeleros be equiped with actual rodelas? As in, steel round shields, instead of wood.

Steel rodelas was an improvement made in the 16th century, originally they were wood and came from north Italy

I suppose the Tercio Pikemen are supposed to be the "Pirqueros" (What that "R" is doing there?)... After all "The Tercio" was not just the pike wielders but also the Swordmen (Rodeleros) and the Arquebussier regiments all together.

Those colored helmets are not historical at all... Peasants didn't dye where did they get the money from? because it was painted on paper or in books don't means the real army's all had painted helmets.
