Wow. Sad. I lived downriver off Macdona-Lacoste Rd. in the 80's. We used to fish and water ski at the lake. Can't believe how things have changed.

It's gotten worse, but these go in cycles. Just need more rain upstream from the lake, but it will take years to recover. The fish are mostly dead. Thanks for watching.

I agree. What's insane is they keep releasing water from the lake downstream. This is an agricultural reservoir and the water belongs to the farmers and other people downstream. So everybody living on the lake is watching their property values go in the toilet, literally.

I will forgive their sin, and I will heal their land.” ‭‭2 Chronicles‬ ‭7‬:‭14‬ ‭ We need to turn to God for forgiveness. I know that area is known for partying and drunkenness. We should be baptizing people in this lake. 😢 I had gone about 12-15 years ago and it was beautiful so it breaks my heart to see water really low. God bless🙏💕

I'm not sure that they pay that much attention to what's going on there anymore at Red Cove. They've got the box where you can put money in, on the honor system, for parking your cars or using their boat ramp.
