My first was left ventricle. Shortness of breath for 2 years. The heart attack was solar plexus then crushing pain across the shoulder blades. The second was pain across shoulder blades that went away with rest. The day it didn't go away I took 8 year old nitro that did nothing and called 911. The pain went to my upper chest and was so bad I begged for any painkiller while coughing foamy lung blood. Next time I beg for fentanyl that stuff is amazing. The 3rd was another widow maker 2 yrs later.

I'm having some tightness in my chest right now actually. I was literally about to fall asleep until that pain started. I couldn't lay back down since the pain be a little worse so I'm sat up in my bed now, kind of freaking out a little. No where else on my body is hurting,I'm not sweating or anything,I don't feel like I have indigestion, or anything like that. I just only have this tightness pain that's at my upper chest area but nothing on the left or right, just right in the middle of my chest. Every time I try to take a huge inhale, the tightness happens, when I'm trying to slow down and be calm,it tightens but not as bad. But everytime I distract myself with videos or anything there isn't any tightness happening anymore. The only time it does is basically when my brain/mind is distracted by something. But if I walk around,do anything physically,the tightness in my chest just goes off. I honestly don't know what this could be but I am a bit scared, I'm in my late 20s and I've never had anything happen to me like this before. I can't tell if it's a heart attack or heart burn. It's pretty much just keeping me awake from going to bed. Any idea???

I had a giant slice of cheesecake for desert. Went to bed then woke up in the middle of the night like my heart was being squeezed. It was painful like it was obviously not good. Other symptoms was my stomach constantly girgling througout that time. Alot of small burps. I had relief with each burp. No burning sensation though. Thats the strangest part for me was the no burning. I usually have obvious burning with my acid reflux. So im not sure what to think. This happened 2 nights ago and almost back to normal. Depending on the postion i lay down it might want to start up again with the squeezing sensation. I took a strong dose of my pantoprazole and the squeezing went down significantly after 30 minutes of taking it. Anyone else experience squeezing oain in chest for acid reflux?
