I’m very happy to see you back with new content in my subscription channel. I allowed Microsoft Cortana to present a meditative work day wind down. It’s pretty good. I wish this was a more celebrated part of work culture.

During one mindful meditation I cradled my pet cat in my arms. It was wonderful to get feedback from my cat who relaxed more deeply as I relaxed. Cats and dogs can intuit their owner’s moods; they can reflect those moods and be part of harmonious positive feedback loops-and that’s good for all the beings in a household. ❤️🧠❤️🐱♾
